Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Payment is required at the time of purchase, prior to order dispatch.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details and tracking information as soon as it becomes available.


2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your delivery address.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Standard delivery within the United Kingdom and Europe generally takes 5–15 business days.

Delivery time begins once payment is confirmed and the order has been dispatched.


3. Delivery Conditions

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours.

Orders may be delivered to the recipient or to a third party present at the delivery address (such as a concierge or reception).

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays and/or additional shipping fees for reshipment.


4. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs checks, import duties, or local taxes.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.

ElvoraHouse has no control over these additional costs and cannot predict their amount.


5. Possible Delays

While we work with trusted international logistics partners, external factors such as customs inspections, strikes, or extreme weather conditions may occasionally cause delays.

In the event of a significant delay, customers may request order cancellation and receive a full refund.


6. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your parcel arrives with visible damage or signs of tampering, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately at service@elvorahouse.com.

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

If a visibly damaged parcel is accepted upon delivery, ElvoraHouse cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.

Any discrepancies or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


7. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

If a cancellation request is made after dispatch, only the product value may be refunded, as shipping and handling costs are incurred once the order leaves our fulfilment partner.

In rare cases of stock unavailability or operational issues, we will issue a full refund or offer a suitable replacement.


8. Customer Communication

If unforeseen circumstances affect your delivery, our team will contact you promptly with an updated estimated timeframe.

Customers may choose to:

  • Wait for the revised delivery date,

  • Request a replacement with another available product, or

  • Cancel the order at no additional cost.
